Adrian's funeral service will take place at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Friday 13th April at 10.30 am.
By request, family flowers only. If desired, donations for the British Heart Foundation may be placed in the donations box at the crematorium given online at www.ernest-heal.co.uk or sent to Ernest Heal & Sons Funeral Directors, Chippenham Funeral Home, Howells Place, Monmouth NP25 3ED (please make cheques payable to Ernest Heal & Sons Donations Account).
By request, dress to be informal.
